i have bought a watch at an estate sale and cannot find the person that has had this before. i cannot use it because of this problem. it there a way to reset the whole thing like band new so i can use it? please let me know thanks

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
