Webpages won't load on WiFi, but streaming works fine

My phone won't load web pages while I am connected to WiFi. I constantly have to switch over LTE just to load a full page. Oddly, I can stream YouTube with absolutely no problem. It only happens with applications like Safari and the Reddit App.

It's definitely not my router. My laptop doesn't have this problem at all.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

Safari - Clear the history and cookies on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
