My iPhone12 Pro Recent Calls screen is empty. All controls are there, but the middle of the screen displays No Recents. I've tried all of the solutions on line - restart phone device/app, reset network, toggle automatic date/time, toggle region, etc. - no joy.
Any and all suggestions are invited.

There are two tabs on top. Probably Missed Call is slected. Select the other.
Thanks for the response, SravanKrA, but no, the screens for both tabs are empty. New calls are being displayed, but the entire call history is gone. Apple support was puzzled by this as well, yet online forums as well as this support community have multiple instances of this occurring over multiple devices back to the 6s, as well as multiple versions of iOS. This is not a cockpit error. 😉
