monthly challenge

I regularly exercise to achieve my monthly challenge. Sometimes, I exercise without my watch and I use the app Health to manually load my workout.

it works fine, as the rings are updated and I find the workout in the summary page but…

… it doesn’t update/sync with the monthly challenge? Why? Suggestions?

Good morning and thank you for your suggestions.

I followed the steps you indicated, except updating both iPhone and watch as they were already updated to the latest firmware version.

actually, the communication between the two devices seems ok, the problem is that if I add workout by using health app on iPhone, it doesn’t add the related distance to the monthly challenge. I see the workout and the details, but not in the monthly challenge : is that iPhone, watch or app problem?

thank you in advance for your reply!
