Then make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your option. Note that the Apple limited warranty does not cover any form of liquid damage.

Water damage cannot be fixed. If your phones adventure in the washing machine has damaged the phone, it will have to be replaced. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation, but be prepared to buy a new phone.
