I have reset AirPods only one side of the other works not both at the same time
AirPods have been reset to exact instructions but either the left or right only works each not both

We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. To start, was just one recently replaced? Make sure you have the most current operating system on your device. (Settings > General > Software Update) Also have you tried the steps outlined in these two resources?
