iPhone 12 Pro - I am receiving SPAM text messages. Instructions say to touch the info button "i" then scroll down and select Block this caller. But there is no such option available for a text message, only for a phone call.
Only options are "Send My Current Location" and "Share my Location".
How do I turn this feature on?
You can’t block spam text messages unless you install a spam blocking app, however you can divert them to a separate message queue. Go to Settings/Messages/Unknown & Spam and turn on Filter Unknown Senders. If you add a blocking app from the app store (such as nomorobo) you can enable it here, but note that it will only filter SMS messages.
