Unable to connect to router gateway or SSH

My new M1 MacBook Air 2020 is unable to SSH or login to the router admin portal. Other devices are able to do both of these things, and I am able to connect to the internet (to post this for example) on said Mac.

All of these issues are not relevant on any other devices. I am even able to do all these things on my PC and previous MacBook Air 2012.

When attempting to access the router at the IP, it never loads.

Not sure how to close this thread, but I found that it was due to the fact that I was accidentally connected to the guest wifi band. (which is set to not be able to see other devices on the network).
