If I Reset My MacBook Pro Will I be Able to Still Back It up with Time Machine?

I'm thinking of Factory Resetting my Macbook Pro 13", however, will I be able to use Time Machine to restore my "new" Mac of the backup "old Mac" that's in the Time Machine?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2
