Hi BlackM12,

We understand you're unable to install applications on your device. We're happy to offer some guidance.

If you're receiving an error or applications just fail to install, you can try these steps: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad

If the app is grayed out and won't let you do anything with it, you can try deleting it in Settings > General > iPhone Storage, and then redownload it from the App Store.

If you've isolated the issue to one specific application, and all others install/update with no issue, we'd recommend contacting the developer of that app to let them know of the current issue it has. You can use these steps to locate an app developers contact info: How to contact an app developer

We hope this helps. Cheers!
