Why has Apple introduced speed camera warnings in maps without the option to remove them???

Why has Apple introduced speed camera warnings in Maps without the option to remove them? I’m going to have to revert to using Google Maps if I can’t remove the camera alerts in Apple Maps! I don’t feel safer with them as if I’m using it for navigation I’m too busy listening to those instructions and watching the road! I’ve driven for years without speeding offences and I’m in the UK.
