You Should Install All Updates:
Updating your device seems the best way to go. But if you are not seeing it, then try clearing space and then, once cleared, update using a computer, as I mentioned above.
Two Things to Try:
(A)Updating and (B)Clearing Space:
System Resources are likely being taken up. Any application caches are likely getting in the way. Caches are used for the remembrance of application use.
