My Macbook Pro 2019 touch bar suddenly went to black after update of Big Sur 11.5.2. I have tried all the solution from previous conversation it didn't work.

Are there any AntiVirus, Disk Cleaner, Optimizers, Un-installers, etc installed which should be removed as per Developers Instructions. They are useless, unneeded, cause havoc and interfere with the normal operation of the OS and may even Corrupt the OS requiring a Reinstallation. The Built-in Security of Big Sur is all that is required.
If none of the above applies to this computer - Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a Trusted Developer and well Respected ASC Contributor. The application is free or paid from added features. Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ). It will take a Snap Shot - both the hardware and software. The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information. Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

First thing that immediately Jumps Out. This will be harsh but the computer is compromised with this " CleanMyMac " software installed and run on this tiny 128 GB Internal Drive.

We can debate the merits of CleanMyMac but is one really does a search on the ASC Forums - time and time again this specific software is a known killer of the OS with a lot of damages requiring a Wipe and Reinstallation.
That is what is being suggested to considered to put the machine right.

Thanks for the detail answer but unfortunately it didn't work. I've tried to reinstallation of big sur after removing of all cleaning softwares. I did the reinstallation by restart -> Cmnd+R -> Select option of install new copy of big sur.
Please let me know what should I do?

I have done the above steps from your last reply. I've erased my laptop drive and I've reinstalled the Big Sur but unfortunately Touch Bar is still black. What to do now?

Not resolved by deleting all cleaner apps and restart on safe mode as well, please check a report that you have suggested. let me know if any other thing is required.
