I can’t update my Mac book air to iTunes 12.4.3

What can I do to update my MacBook Air to iTunes 12.4.3 it keeps telling me “an error occurred while downloading the update(102)”?

I just installed Mac OS Mountain Lion on it, and I'm trying to get all of the software updated. It is my understanding that I can't update the OS until I update iTunes, but iTunes will not update. I have installed all of the other available updates, so I know the iTunes update is the problem. When I try to update iTunes, I get a 102 error: "Something went wrong trying to download the update." I know my network is fine. How do I fix this?

Cannot update MacBook Pro mid 2012 iTunes 12.4.3 - Which then prevents me from updating from Mountain Lion to the newest OS I just rebuilt a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 with a new SSD and 16GB ram, it was inexpensive and a great way to get it running as good as my other MacBook Air 2017. All that said, I did not want to clone the old HDD and I decided to just rebuild the OS from scratch. I was able to get Mountain Lion OS on there and able to do most of the firmware and security updates. All that is left is the iTunes 12.4.3 update but it keeps giving me the error -102. I tried downloading other iTunes updates after that (like 12.6) but there is no link or the icon for the link just says "Download Icon" in unclickable words. For 12.8 iTunes it requires a higher version of Mac OS but I don't think I can update the OS without these updates.

Here is the direct link from that page: https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2019/cert/041-88470-20191023-EAD0C77A-7215-45E1-8CE3-8EF6EE00516E/iTunes.dmg. It should be accessed using a download button that appears just below the title rather than to the left of it. Perhaps iTunes isn't the only thing that is outdated.

Version 12.4.3 is somewhat dated. What version of OS X is your MacBook Air running?

Try this download instead of using software update: Download iTunes 12.4.3 for OS X.

If you downloaded from that link it should be a matter of running the .dmg file that you downloaded to your computer.
