Storage Full, Phone Glitched.

I ran out of Storage on my iPhone SE 2nd Generation, so I purchased more iCloud storage on my laptop in hopes that my iPhone would back up and would be able to use it again. So far, my hypothesis was wrong. I've tried to get my phone to trust my laptop so I could try to fix the problem through a software update so my phone to back up to iCloud, but still not working. And since theres no storage, my iPhone can't even seem to process 'Trusting" my laptop bc it says 'Trust Access Denied" each time I try. So then I tried entering Safe Mode, but my device won't enter Safe Mode either. My iPhone SE has no storage, but I can log into my phone, but when I do its stuck on the Spotify logo bc that was the last app I had open before my phone crashed. My phone won't turn off either and doesn't seem to want do die bc I've been running Bluetooth last couple of days to try and get the device to shut off but its stayed at 88%. I've got the phone on a charger right now, and is still currently stuck on the Spotify screen. What do I do?

Look into Clearing Space:

There is not be enough internal storage to keep all of this info. Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, try clearing internal storage though use of the following:

Also...

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.

Also..

C. Clear "Other":

Clear the storages named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use. So, clearing other may be the way to go about this, as it would be performs through use of a computer.
