2019 MacBook Pro Keeps Crashing/Restarting Unexpectedly

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro that continuously completes a force restart after crashing for no apparent reason. Some days I will be working and it will do it 4-5 times, some days only once.

I also am having issues with Outlook - it keeps trying to repair the database. However, I don't think these issues are correlated.

Not used for gaming or any crazy programs, just standard emails/websites/video streaming.

I have over 836.99 GB out of 1 TB left of memory. Running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

Without additional information, it will be difficult to assist you with diagnosing your Mac.

As such, I suggest that you try to provide two things:

  1. An EtreCheck report. EtreCheck is a diagnostics tool that greatly helps with understanding your system.
  2. Note the times of the crashes, and then, provide us with any kernel panic or app crash reports.
