Packet loss on Windows bootcamp.

When I play games it is lagging, but the latency is good and ping is also normal. On speedtest the download and ping are about the same as on Mac only upload is slower. This issue is fixed when I connect it to ethernet, but due to some reasons I cant be connected this way for long.

Mac Mini internet speeds faster than M1 Mac Studio (both ethernet and WiFi) I've been running speed tests on my M1 Mac Studio (64 GB memory and 4TB ssd) and my Mac Mini (late 2014) and there is a significant difference in download speeds both with WiFi and Ethernet. Cannot Connect to macOS Ventura on LAN I have the following computers running on the same LAN: Mac Studio M1 Ultra, macOS 13.0.1 (MS) MacBook Air M2, macOS 13.0.1 (MBA) MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013, macOS 11.7.1 (MBP) Dell XPS 13 Plus, Windows 11 Pro (DELL) I can see all of them on the network and I can connect between MBP and DELL in either direction. I can also connect from MS or MBA to MBP or DELL. However, I can neither connect to MS or MBA from MBP or DELL, nor connect between MS and MBA. When I click on MS or MBA from another computer to connect I get an error message, such as "the server may not exist or is unavailable", or "the network path does not exist". The settings on MS and MBA are similar to those on MBP. Please refer to the attached screenshots. In summary, I cannot get access to my Mac Silicon Ventura computers via LAN from any other computer on the same network. For MS and MBA: I followed the instructions in the Apple articles: If you can’t connect Mac and Windows computers and If your Mac can’t connect to another computer ad litteram, to no avail. The Public Folder is shared, 'Share files and folders using SMB' is set to On The Firewall Options 'Automatically allow built-in software to receive incoming connections' is set to On and 'File Sharing (SMB)' is set to Allow incoming connections. What am I missing here? Any suggestions on what I should do to be able to connect to MS and MBA via LAN will be appreciated. Thanks!

Mac Studio (10GB) Ethernet Incompatibility with ATT/PACE 5268 Router--solution/workaround My new Mac Studio would not connect properly to my ATT/Pace 5268 1 GB router. The router and its cabling worked previously with an older Mac Mini with a 1GB ethernet interface. Furthermore, the Mac Studio ethernet worked perfectly when I brought in to the Apple Genius bar to evaluate the unit for a bad ethernet interface. Workaround: Place a basic 1GB+ switch between the ATT/Pace router and the 10GB Ethernet interface on the Mac Studio.

The drivers on the Windows side are not as good as the drivers on the macOS side. 😜 If the signal strength is good and SNR is good, you should be fine. Do you have the ability to capture packets on your WiFi Router/Gateway?

On WiFI, do you have line-of-sight access to your Wireless access point? You may have higher jitter on WiFi.

No, but I dont think this is the cause, as on Mac online games work fine
