In one week of time my iPhone 12pro battery health is reduced from 100% to 97%.

is it a good or bad ?

Neither. So long as your battery remains above 80 percent, there are no issues. Health is an estimate based on use, age, changing pattern, environment, etc. So, it may fluctuate.
