Busy tone while anyone is calling me

Hi, i am hearing from all the people that whenever they are calling me they are hearing busy tone instead of a ringing sound. However i am able to make and receive calls on my phone. When they hear busy tone while calling and when i pickup they always complain about that.

i checked call settings which seems fine to me. There is no call forwarding on. Do Not Disturb is also off. And recently I updated my phone software too. Still seeing same issue.
