Busy tone while anyone is calling me

Hi, i am hearing from all the people that whenever they are calling me they are hearing busy tone instead of a ringing sound. However i am able to make and receive calls on my phone. When they hear busy tone while calling and when i pickup they always complain about that.

i checked call settings which seems fine to me. There is no call forwarding on. Do Not Disturb is also off. And recently I updated my phone software too. Still seeing same issue.

If we understand your post correctly, you are able to receive phone calls but callers hear a busy signal rather than ringing. We’d like to help.

What callers hear as they call your phone number is determined by your carrier. You'll need to contact them for help removing the busy signal.
