Apple Watch 6 app deletion

Downloaded all apps to the 6 watch. Now I can neither delete on the phone watch or phone watch app???

do I have to reset and manually re-load apps that I know I’ll use ?

On iPhone:

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases >

Deleting Apps > select "Allow" here

Note: Content & Privacy Restrictions must be enabled to see and make changes.

I have tried the tips, I do not get any x when the icons jiggle, nor am I able to go the the watch app and delete from there. It shows the app with the green toggle, but it’s grayed out not being able to access the toggle…,
