Hello goodmorning. My powerbeats pro doesn’t paired again to my apple devices right after i have “forget device” it. I tried the steps on how to restart the powerbeats pro but it doesn’t work. The white/blue light just keeps on blinking and it won’t turn into red light. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you

My beatspro has the latest firmware version and then i tried to reset the beats, but the led light just keep on blinking white light, it doesn’t turn red 😭
