Hi so i have the macbook air with the m1 chip for around 7 mounths, i just realized that a tiny portion of the inferior part of the trackpad doesnt register my finger moves, when i press it though it register my clicks and if i drag my finger from other places to the inferior part it works, is this a normal thing or should i consider replacing it?

No, it doesn't sound normal. I would contact Apple and arrange for diagnostics. Your computer is under warranty.

Lower part makes sense.
