I have two phones that need repair. I can not access serial numbers. Both had same Cellar Error after completing the Apple update. I can not access S/N for either of the phones. I have paid repair fee at a shop that completed an iTunes reset and they still are not working. They instructed I reach out to Apple directly.
I would like to get them repaired.
