Hacking pop up
Has anyone had this pop up on their screen when browsing internet? I didn’t click the link, I closed the tab in browser.

“Tracked by the hacker”? Like…. There’s ONE HACKER out there? Just one? Oh my. I hope we find them soonest.
But seriously, as stated above, this is an advertisement, and advertisements and pop-ups including words like “virus” and “hacker” are best ignored.
There are lots of sketchy advertisements and scams around.
Here are some examples from Apple ➡️ Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

There’s no need to change your Apple ID password with these advertisements.

Look at the domain in your screenshot - it is not apple.com. It is a scam - report it to Apple. Go Here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tip
It's an ad trying to scare you into buying useless software.
Ignore it or install an ad blocker.
I had a very similar pop-up on my iPhone about 1/2 hour ago. It's scary as it claims that the phone is hacked and all your personal contact list, photos, etc. will be made public. I ignored it and then changed my iCloud password.
