Fan loud after battery replacement

Hello,

I have Macbook Pro 2015 and was always working smoothly. My battery life was very short though lately. I decided for a replacement in authorised apple service. The battery lasts longer now but the fans are often very loud. Almost every time I open my mac it takes like 15 mins of loud fan action before it settles down. I tried SMC and PRAM reset. Sometimes it helps and the fan is quiet until next shutdown or until battery drains out and sometimes it doesnt and the fan keeps on spinning like crazy. Will be grateful for any advice or suggestion. Thanks
