iTunes - no music no history

Hey


not logged into my Windows iTunes for a long time and i no longer use my device regularly. I turned iTunes on today and my whole library back catalog of purchased music is missing. When i look on my purchases, they too are missing. I cant seem to find any way of reviewing the purchases or finding the music i purchased so, where is it? I get that it may not be on the computer but its also not in my account.
