iPhone Speaker Button How to Eliminate Choices?

I have 3 choices to pick from when I hit the Speaker Button. iPhone, Speaker, and iPad. I tried to restart but didn't work. Bluetooth is off. I don't know what to do.

Hello Darksky1,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that although Bluetooth is disabled, your iPhone speakerphone icon still gives you the option of different devices.

You've tried some great steps so far. Next, try enabling Bluetooth, then removing temporarily unpairing your Bluetooth accessories. Check out the 'unpair a Bluetooth accessory' section of Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if needed.

Have a great day!
