Hey, I bought a new MacBook Air M1, but didn't got the free Apple TV (3months), why?

The Apple TV+ offer for an extended free trial is not automatic. It has to be redeemed by the user.

To redeem on a Mac, first sign in to the TV app (menu Account), with your Apple ID account.

If you meet all the requirements, then the offer should then be presented there, in the TV app on your new Apple device, as an “Enjoy <x time> Free” redeem button.
