I am unable to stream music to either Airplay2 enabled device (HomePod and B&O Shape) on my wireless network. They work perfect from all my other devices (iPhone and iPad). iMac M1 and Big Sur 11.5.2

First make sure in System preferences> network > that there is no VPN or security profile installed
Then make sure you are fully signed into iCloud on Mac - go to apple logo > system preferences > Apple ID> password and security > make sure it let you in without Apple ID password
sometime we can have extenders for wifi, make sure they are all on the same network
No VPN. And don't have to put in the password. I can see both speakers. Just when I click on it nothing plays. and the volume bar goes greyed out.
