Every single contact has the same photo

Help!!! My wife’s iPhone 11 went bonkers. Randomly, when she pulled her phone out of her pocket, her entire contact list now had a new assigned photo. The SAME photo. And it wasn’t even a photo from my wife’s phone. How does she fix this without manually editing every single contact?

Contact Photo Under settings it shows my name, but not my contact photo. Short of reset, any idea how import my photo (not a pure narcissist -- just trying to understand the workings of the phone). I know it's supposed to show a photo, but only the name appears. Pressing on the contact does nothing. Thanks!

If her phone is backed up regularly (say nightly to iCloud) and no new backup has occurred, you should be able to erase the information on the phone and restore it from the previous backup.
