Anker USB-C hub not working with mac
I recently upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur and when I did my Anker USB-C 4 in 1 stopped working. I have not gotten any prompts about there not being enough power or it using too much power. it said something about it being blocked and I don't really understand that because it was working before that. The one thing I should mention is on amazon the name for it says [UPGRADED] so I'm wondering if that's the problem and I should call customer service. If anyone has any solutions please don't be afraid to share them because I can't use my keyboard or mouse without it. Another thing to mention is when I checked hardware in system information it showed USB hub 3.0 so I'm pretty sure that means its there just being blocked
