Powerbeats Pro Intermittently Turn Off

I am experiencing issues when using my Powerbeats Pro, one of them will intermittently turn off. I cannot get it to turn back on and the only way to do so is to "Forget the Device" and run the paring process again. Sometimes it is on the left ear, sometimes it is on the right. I have noticed it happens often when I receive a notification from a text message or another app while listening to music. Any assistance would be appreciated.
