Hi
My MacBook screen display won’t turn on, it just went off while I was using it.I never drop it and and it is still in brand new condition. The display keeps flickering and has lines. What is wrong with it. I kept my product in good condition I take care of them and now the screen is not working at all.
please help.

It unfortunately looks like a hardware problem (motherboard or video card). Those problems may happen over time, even if you take great care of your laptop.

Contact Apple support, they will tell you if it applies to you.
As far as durability goes, no hardware is 100% perfect. Humidity may cause issues, or a defective chip, or overheating. Hard to say, unfortunately.

thank you for replying. I am from South Africa will it still apply in this country. Also why is is hardware giving up I never dropped my MacBook. I paid a lot of money here. Is it because of the age it 3 years old
