Windows 10 iTunes device not recognized and NO usb drivers folder

I can't get my iphone 6s to show up in iTunes on Windows 10. I'm running the most recent non-windows-store download of iTunes.

What I've done:

-Uninstalled and re-installed multiple times (both as admin and not) and restarted

-Run iTunes as an admin

-Reset Location and Privacy. Oddly enough this didn't cause a "Trust this device" popup when I plugged my iPhone in, but it did ask if I should be allowed to view photos.

-Two different cables in 3 different ports - one on my hub, one usb 3.0 on the PC and one usb 2.0 on the PC

On the most recent iteration I removed everything apple-related from Program Files and Program Files (x86) as well as uninstalling all iTunes-related programs (iTunes, updater, Bonjour). Then installed iTunes as admin and rebooted after each individual update.

I've seen things online say it could be a driver issue (Such as this post iOS device not showing in iTunes for Wind… - Apple Community) and I WOULD install the driver, but there is no "drivers" folder for me to grab the USB drivers from.

Both C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support have no "Drivers" folder in them. I've searched online but can't find any downloadable drivers I trust (E.g. straight from Apple).

My iPhone is running 14.7.1 and iTunes is on latest 12.11.4.15

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Tear down the current install and install iTunes 12.11.3.17 instead.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator. It may also help to temporarily disable any non-Microsoft anti-virus.

Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, or want to revert to an older version if the current one won't work properly for you at the moment. Links to the most recent builds are now at the bottom of the page.

Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
