Right - How do we fix Apples out of control junk email filter. It is moving just about EVERYTHING to junk !
Need a simple fix. Currently evacuated from Ida and don’t have time to waste. Need to be able to get my emails from my daughter, banks with out having to scrounge in the junk folder !
There is no junk mail filter on an iPhone, unless you added one.
All junk mail filtering is done by your email provider. What type of email account is it (e.g., gmail, yahoo, icloud, AOL, etc)
If emails are incorrectly marked as junk. There are several ways you can prevent Mail from incorrectly marking legitimate messages as junk. --> If junk mail filters aren't working in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Then any filtering is being done by your email provider. As I said, there is no built in junk mail filter in iOS.
