Hello, I have a pair of AirPods Model A2031 and the left pod does not work - no sound. I've tried unpairing the pods from my phone, resetting the airpods, resetting the network on my iPhone x and nothing works. Thank you.

I've tried unpairing the pods from my phone, resetting the airpods, resetting the network on my iPhone x and nothing works. When I connect the AirPods to different devices the same situation exists - that is, the left pod has no sound. Thank you
