so in making a movie recording using my new 2021 iPad Pro 12.9", there are two loud and deep beeps that happen about every minute or so, which obviously I don't want. Audio is otherwise normally picked up. I do not have this problem while making a movie recording with my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Yes, I'm using the same USB-C cable too but what I meant is that the new iPad Pro 2021 connector is a Thunderbolt (compatible with USB-C cables), and this is also a difference with my older iPad, in addition to the new M1 chip.
Since the audio comes out through that connection, I think it could be relevant (perhaps more than the CPU type).
Same problem here. Any update? I used to use this feature to record jam sessions, and with this beeping it is not usable.
