Watching iTunes Trailers on a Mac

I have been having troubles watching movie trailers on "https://trailers.apple.com" for a few years with Safari on a number of different iMac's and versions of macOS.

In order to get a movie trailer to load I have to hit 'reload' in Safari a number of times. This does NOT work for all trailers that have been posted to trailers.apple.com.

There is no app to watch trailer for macOS (at this time).

Either the installed version of Safari needs to be fixed. Or https://trailers.apple.com needs to be fixed.

Please, when setting things up, think of the lowest common denominator. Not all "Apple" users can afford iPhone's, iPad's, or AppleTV's. Some only have a computer and internet.

Thank you for the input.

Everything worked correctly when booting into safe mode.

So i started playing with the extensions I have loading in Safari and found that I can run 1Password and Honey, but not 1Password and Capital One Shopping.

I can NOT run Capital One Shopping and Honey. Or just Capital One Shopping.

I can, however, run 1Password, Honey, and the Ghostery lite collection and still watch movie trailers.

So, my conclusion is that the Capital One Shopping Safari extension is the culprit, and may be for others with similar problems.
