Fix what? As your phone tells you, Batteries are consumable parts. With every full cycle charge, Battery Health WILL decline, little by little. That's what batteries do. ALL Batteries.

There are things you can do help maximize battery performance and by the screenshot you posted one of the things you should never do is permit the battery to discharge as much as your phone shows. You should plug your phone in to charge at night when you go to bed and leave it plugged in all night, every night.

There is no way to stop battery health decline. NONE. And when Battery Health dips below 80%, it will be time to schedule a battery replacement with Apple.
