My iPhone 7 plus takes 5 minutes to turn on and sometimes I can’t use my microphone

When I press the power button or when I connect the charger, the Apple logo appears and it takes like FOREVER to switch on.

This is so frustrating cause at that point I really need to use my iPhone.

This means I can’t really rely on it during emergencies or to make a quick phone call or text..

Another problem is the MICROPHONE!!!

there are occasions when the microphone would just refuse to work for calls, any apps, or voice memos. Voice memo says “cannot reach audio devices“

ANY HELP?!??🙏
