stand on Fitness does not show i have been stabding after 20 minutes.

When I stand for the so called minute each hour the last few weeks the app does not show I have been standing, or I have to do a lot of movement short of a work out to make it adjust. Yes I have the latest update, series 5.

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 7

Thank you. I had already turned off then on the watch. I always move during the stand time but it seemed since the last update it takes now about 5-10 minutes for the watch to register my stand movement. This last one took around 40 minutes.

This is a quote from Apple Support website;

The Stand ring shows hours in which you've stood and moved for at least a minute. Complete your daily Stand goal by standing up and moving around for at least 1 minute during 12 different hours in the day. Even if you stand all day, you still need to move around.

Force restart watch

or

Unpair and re-pair.
