My appletv connects to my wifi, but its too slow so I want to switch to ethernet. I know that the ethernet cable is live - I can test it successfully on an old iMac. I have tried turning off the wifi, but it never sees the ethernet. Please help,

1. Unplug your modem from its power source and Restart Modem.
2. Unplug your router from its power source and Restart router.
3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
