gps does not work away from internet
my gps will not work away from home in some areas. At least one area was metro Orlando. I sometime get something that there's no internet available

Your GPS will still work, it uses satellites, but without an internet connection there is no way to display the map. If you are in an area where you lose contact with cell data you need to report that to your cell service provider.
