Do Not Disturb after iOS (14.7.1) upgrade, not working ??

I have been successfully using Bedtime mode, with the auto DND activation....worked great, up until the iOS 14 upgrade (iPhone8). I'm aware of the new features under Health, but regardless of being in Bedtime mode, or simply turning on DND, I still receive audible notification, regardless of incoming call, or email ??

Something seems broken, or I'm I missing something ...any suggestions are appreciated !

Disregard, my mistake....needed to set DND to "Always" in Settings, resolved :)
