Hello,
I just upgraded my fios router and should be getting higher speeds than I was before. I feel like my 2015 MBP internet is slower than it was before. I don't have a speed test screenshot from before but I do know it was faster by alot.

It looks like you're having some issues with your Wi-Fi connection on your Mac. For starters, we recommend restarting your Mac and router, then ensuring the software is updated to the latest version: Update macOS on Mac.
Check out the Recommended settings for Wi-FI routers and access points.
We also suggest using the built in Wireless Diagnostics to analyze the connection.
