Facetime

Hey guys i hope u can help?😬 i have an iphone6s, my partner has apparently got a nokia 6230i which he only uses to receive calls & texts & does not use the apps etc. However something was telling me to try calling him on Facetime & to my suprize it rang several times then stopped. I asked him & he says he doesnt know what the **** im talking about & since this conversation i have tried again & it does still ring but once only before beeping & cutting me off! Is this possible when his phone is not set up for Facetime? Would it actually even ring my end at all? Im sure im right in thinking surely not, but to confirm im not i would really appreciate your help on this as this as our discussion hangs in the balance 👍🏻🤞🏼
