Emergency Medical ID not Showing on Lock Screen

I am not able to see the emergency "Medical ID" button as an option on screen lock. Here are screen shots regarding the details I think you'll ask. Thanks in advance.

How to set up your Medical ID

Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
Under your profile picture, tap Medical ID.
Tap Edit in the upper-right corner.
To make your Medical ID available from the Lock screen on your iPhone, turn on Show When Locked.

That hard reset (not a soft power-cycle) took care of the issue...if anyone else comes across the same issue. Thanks again, my friend!

Here you go --> Access Medical ID on a locked iPhone and make an emergency call.

I've followed those steps as shown by the screen shots included...it's just not pushing. Maybe a hard reset. Thank you. Your time is certainly valuable and I appreciate it
