On October 6th, Primephonic sent some folk this announcement stating that they have launched:
"a website that will automatically replicate your Primephonic playlists in Apple Music quickly and easily. Additionally, playlists replicated using this tool can be easily edited and changed as you wish, while playlists that we would have manually recreated for you would require duplicating each one before you could edit it.
To access the tool, please click on this link https://playlist-transfer.primephonic.com/ and follow these 4 steps:
Step 1: Log into your Primephonic account
Step 2: Log into your Apple Music account
Step 3: Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 4: Select which Primephonic playlists to import to Apple Music and click the ‘Import X playlists’ button to confirm the transfer. "
It's also important not to leave the site before it has finished replicating your playlists.
I hope this works for you. I had already gone the manual transfer route. Many people seem to have not received this email from Primephonic Support. I found out about it on the Life is Classical Music Forums - a new set of classical forums created by ex-Primephonic community members. You are very welcome to come and join us.
