Webcam Settings on built-in camera on Macbook 2019
Adequate built-in camera with minimal or perhaps no customization functionality??
Mac used to allow for setting of color, brightness, contrast. I have sent several Feedback requests to Apple and would ask that everyone interested here do so as well. All / most USB cameras of past 10+ years have this capability but Mac seems to have decided to turn off any and all customization controls of their built in cameras. This needs to be turned back on.
I has a webcam settings app that used to work on previous Macs and no longer works.
This seems very counter to the direction Of Steve Jobs ads also to accessibility as it does not allow us to fix skin tones, etc. for video calls. Very disappointing.
Please pitch in and ask Apple to fix this in their software.
As you can see from screen print, all of the previous capabilities are gone.
Zoom has added in some limited capability so the functionality seems to be in the camera's capability...
