Remote Management Locked

I recently purchase a MacBook Pro and while unpacking. i was prompt with country i live in , internet connection and going to the next step it will prompt me with the Remote Managment user and password , which i have no clue as i bought this laptop online.



Any advise on how to remove this Device Remote Managment.?

I second Bob's recommendation. Return your Mac to the company in question immediately; it is likely that the seller (or someone upstream) stole the Mac or obtained it illegitimately.


If said company did intend to decommission the Mac, they can do that for you and remove the Mac from Apple Business Manager on their end.
